                               RESOLUTION NO. 21292
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION AND THE
                  CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                  RESPECTIVELY, A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH THE
                  UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE AT CHATTANOOGA,
                  RELATIVE TO LEASE OF THE UTC/WARNER PARK
                  INDOOR SOFTBALL COMPLEX.
                 
                 
                                                    
                 
                 
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that the Administrator of the Department
       of Parks and Recreation and the City Finance Officer be and are
       hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, a Lease
       Agreement (a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated
       herein by reference) with The University of Tennessee at
       Chattanooga for lease of property commonly known as the 
UTC/Warner
       Park Indoor Softball Complex.
